    After your departure, we send you a “Google” link which will allow you to give your opinion on our service provision

On departure

  • Can I return my order outside the opening hours of the relay point?

    You can deposit your sheets and towels in the bins provided for this purpose in front of our agency

  • Do I have to leave a deposit?

    No deposit is required, we simply ask you to respect the rented items as well as the return instructions.

Arrival in Les Gets

  • Do I have to go to the pick-up point to pick up my order?

    No. You can opt for delivery directly to your place of stay.

  • Where can I pick up my order when I arrive in Les Gets?

    You can pick up your order at our pick-up point, 203 rue du Vieux Village


  • May I cancel my booking?

    It is possible to cancel your reservation within a maximum period of D-7 before arrival

  • How do I use my discount code?

    You just have to enter your code in the “discount” part when paying

  • What are the payment options available ?

    We recommend paying for your order by credit card

    Your reservations are only made online. If you wish to book under 48 hours before arrival or for an extended period of time (over two weeks) please contact us over the phone at +33(0)
