  • After your departure, we send you a “Google” link which will allow you to give your opinion on our service provision

On departure

  • You can deposit your sheets and towels in the bins provided for this purpose in front of our agency

  • No deposit is required, we simply ask you to respect the rented items as well as the return instructions.

Arrival in Les Gets

  • No. You can opt for delivery directly to your place of stay.

  • You can pick up your order at our pick-up point, 203 rue du Vieux Village

Booking

  • It is possible to cancel your reservation within a maximum period of D-7 before arrival

  • You just have to enter your code in the “discount” part when paying

  • We recommend paying for your order by credit card

  • Your reservations are only made online. If you wish to book under 48 hours before arrival or for an extended period of time (over two weeks) please contact us over the phone at +33(0)4.26.46.21.50
